Storage
Humidity and moisture are the only known enemies of macarons. Store cookies in the refrigerator in their original packaging, with the cover on. Refrigerate and consume within 7-10 days of purchase.

Serving
Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Serve on a flat surface, laying flat, or stacked on their side. Handle gently — treat them like tiny edible sculptures.

Freezing
Freeze in their original packaging, wrapped in cellophane, for up to 6 months. Move them to the refrigerator the night before, then bring them to room temperature before serving.
