Who is Mielou?
Mielou is a gourmet dessert company built at the intersection of fine dining, hospitality, and modern experiential design. We specialize in premium, fully house-made macarons and custom dessert concepts crafted with an emphasis on precision, flavor development, ingredient integrity, and hospitality. Everything we produce is made from scratch in-house—from our raspberry jam to components like our Guittard Rouge cocoa shortbread cookie crumbs—because we believe every detail contributes to the final experience.
In addition to our retail macaron collections, we also offer custom dessert development and hospitality collaborations through our hospitality division, Lumière Hospitality Atelier (LHA).

Through LHA, we collaborate with restaurants, hospitality groups, brands, and experiential partners to create custom dessert programs, signature menu items, branded activations, and elevated guest experiences.
